FAQ
1. Delivery of goods.

There are three optional mode of delivery:

a. Express.

It takes 3-7 days to arrive the destination By UPS/DHL/FEDEX/TNT. This is normally for sample delivery, small orders or urgent samples.

b. Air cargo.

It takes about 3-15 days to arrive the destination. This is normally for sample delivery, small orders or urgent samples.

c. Sea shipment.

It normally takes about one month to arrive the destination depending on your actual requirements


2. Warranty.

Seller guarantees Two-year warranty for all products. Buyer should check all goods after received it. If the outer packing is damaged, please take photos as proof, and claim against carrier.

Seller warrants its products against defects due to workmanship or materials but dose not cover the damage due to force majeure, abuse, improper maintenance or operation, attempted repair, disassembly of parts or scratches and any defects caused by buyers’ own carrier or agent.


3. Sample order.

Sample orders are welcomed! It’s always welcomed to place sample orders to check the quality of our products.


4. OEM service.

We offer OEM service certainly. We can also customize our products according to the designs and samples offered by clients.
